1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. with all members
present.

Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none,
public comment was closed.

Conduct an employee evaluation of the City Attorney pursuant to
Government Code Section 54957.
5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take any
reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
