1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with all members present.
2. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
3. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda.
Paul Gillen shared his requested lease terms for Bayside Landing, noting
the importance this lease not be deemed in conflict with businesses
Associated Pacific Contractors operates at other locations.
4. THE COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session and City Manager Kimball
reported the Council did not take any reportable action pursuant to the Brown
Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:23 p.m.
