CLOSED SESSION MEETING

1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. with all members present.
2. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
3. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none, the
public comment period was closed.
4. THE COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
4.a PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT
City Attorney pursuant to Government Code section 54957.
The Council recessed at 5:30 p.m. to reconvene at 9:00 a.m. on June 27,
2025.
The meeting reconvened in Closed Session on Friday, June 27, 2025 at
9:00 a.m. with all members present.
5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take any
reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
