RESOLUTION NO. 45-25
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING UPDATED COMPENSATION RANGE
T H E C I T Y C O U N C I L
City of Morro Bay, California
WHEREAS, the Council desires to approve the amended “City Manager” compensation range
for the classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Morro Bay does
hereby attest:
1. The unrepresented full-time classification of “City Manager” is hereby amended. The initial
annual compensation for the City Manager classification shall be as follows:

2. This resolution shall be effective as of the date of its adoption
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 12th day of August 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: Wixom, Eckles, Edwards, Landrum, Luffee
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RECUSED: None
