CLOSED SESSION MEETING

1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with all members present.
2. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
3. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda.
Dina Lundquist, Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce, advocated for the
Chamber's continued use of office space at 695 Harbor Street.
Wendy and Don Williams, Crill's Saltwater Taffy, shared a brief history of
their family-owned business and future plans.
Mark Tognazzini, Tognazzini's Family Inc., provided historical context and
desired terms for a new lease agreement.

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. City Attorney Stack reported the
Council met in closed session to discuss four real property matters: Lease Sites
134-136, 132W -133W at 1245 Embarcadero; Lease Site 137 at 1247
Embarcadero; 695 Harbor Street; and 1130/1330 Napa Avenue and the Council
took no reportable action under the Brown Act.
