ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. with all members present.

3. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda.
• Betty Winholtz, on behalf of Friends of Morro Bay Elementary, announced the
Friends were aware of a State Parks SPP Round 5 grant to establish new parks
and will submit an application to contribute toward development of a park at the
Morro Elementary site.
End of public comment.

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session and City Attorney Stack announced the
Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
