NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the
Morro Bay City Council has been called by the Mayor pursuant to'
Section 54956 of the Government Code and will be held on
Tuesday, July 16, 1985 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Conference
Room.
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of
considering personnel matters/employee negotiations. Council
will immediately adjourn to closed session to discuss these
items.

SPECIAL MEETING - JULY 16, 1985
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM - 7:00 P.M.
Mayor Zeuschner called the meeting to order at 7:14 p.m.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Kaltenbach, Miller, Risley, Sheetz and
Mayor Zeuschner
ABSENT: None
STAFF: Gary Napper, City Administrator; Forrest Henderson,
Assistant to the City Administrator; Don Becker;
Contract Employee Negotiator
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved that the meeting adjourn to
closed session to discuss employee negotiations. The
motion was seconded by Councilmember Miller and
unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned to closed session at 7:15 p.m. and
returned to regular session at 8:19 p.m.
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved that the meeting be
adjourned. The motion was seconded by Councilmember
Kaltenbach and unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
