ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 27, 1986
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM - 5:30 P.M.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zeuschner called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

III. _ORDINANCE NO. 281 ADOPTING A TIME EXTENSION FOR INTERIM
ZONING ORDINANCE - NORTH MAIN STREET AREA
Mr. Napper reviewed this matter stating the ordinance would ex-
tend the time to the existing urgency zoning ordinance for 22
months, 15 days or, until the specific plan which is underway is
completed for the North Main Street area.
Mayor Zeuschner opened the matter for public hearing; there were
no comments.
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved the hearing be closed to the
public. The motion was seconded by Councilmember
Kaltenbach and unanimously carried. (4-0)
MOTION: Councilmember Risley moved Ordinance No. 281 be read by
title and number only. The motion was seconded by
Councilmember Kaltenbach and unanimously carried.

Mr. Napper read Ordinance No. 281 by title and number only.
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved for the adoption of Ordi-
nance No. 281 as an urgency measure. The motion was
seconded by Councilmember Risley and unanimously
carried by roll call vote. (4-0)
MOTION: Councilmember Risley moved the meeting be adjourned.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Sheetz and
unanimously carried. (4-0)
The meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
