ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - JUNE 2, 1986

Mayor Pro Tem Sheetz called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m.

Council first heard from Louisa Cardinali, R.S.V.P. representa-
tive, on their request for a $400 allocation from the FY 86-87
Budget. Mr. Napper noted the total amount budgeted for Aid to
Agencies was $2,500.
Mayor Zeuschner arrived at 8:28 a.m.
REVENUE REVIEW
Louise Burt reviewed the FY 86-87 revenue projections and re-
sponded to questions from Council.
The City Council, City Administrator, and City Attorney budgets
were reviewed by Mr. Napper; Forrest Henderson provided comment
on the Personnel budget, and Ms. Burt commented on the Finance
Department budget.
Council recessed from 9:25 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
AID TO OTHER AGENCIES
Council received requests for funding from representatives of
Family Services Center - $500; Hospice - $300; and Caring Callers
- $250.
COMMUNITY PROMOTIONS
Mr. Napper reviewed the budget for this division. Bud Mott, rep-
resenting the Hotel Association, requested Council fund Golden
State Magazine advertising in the approximate amount of $7,500,
and to increase total funding for promotional advertising.
Councilmember Sheetz suggested Council wait for a recommendation
from the Community Promotions Committee, and suggested more cul-
tural programs be funded within budgeted monies.

Ms. Burt reviewed the other allocations in the Non -Departmental
section of the proposed budget.
MOTION: Councilmember Miller moved Council recess to June 3,
1986 at 8:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Coun-
cilmember Sheetz and unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned at 10:12 a.m.
