PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Members of the audience wishing to address the
Council on matters other than scheduled hearing items may do so when
recognized by the Mayor, by standing and stating their name and address.
Comments should normally be limited to three minutes.

Mayor Reddell called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
None
1. CLOSED SESSIONREGARDING LABOR RELATIONS MATTERS (GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 54_957.6)
It was announced the meeting was called for the purpose of dis-
cussing labor relations matters in Closed Session as authorized
under Government Code Section 54957.6.
MOTION: Councilmember Lemons moved the meeting adjourn to
closed session. The motion was seconded by Councilmem-
ber Odell and unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned to Closed Session at 4:06 p.m. and returned
to regular session at 5:46 p.m.
MOTION: Councilmember Odell moved the meeting be adjourned.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Sheetz and
unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
