Mayor Reddell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

1. INTERVIEWING OF APPLICANTS FOR HARBOR ADVISORY BOARD
Council interviewed the following applicants for the Harbor Advi-
sory Board:
Howard Smith
Rodger Anderson
John Roffinella
Gene Doughty
William Blue
Paul Cueni
Jody Giannini
Doug Overman
Jim Olson
Dale Mitchell
Rae Crill
Dean Tyler
Stan Trapp
Eric Barham
Stanley Grabowski
Don Boatman
James Bower was also considered, although he was unable to be
present for an interview.
Council discussed the applicants, their qualifications, and the
various interests intended to be represented on the Harbor Advi-
sory Board.
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved Council appoint by acclama-
tion the following individuals to the City's Harbor Ad-
visory Board:
William Blue - Morro Bay Commercial Fishermens
Association
Dean Tyler - Waterfront Leaseholders Association
Jody Giannini - Marine -Oriented Business
Howard Smith - Recreational Boating
Rae Crill - Member -at -Large
John Roffinella - Member -at -Large
Eric Barham - Los Osos/Baywood Park Area

The motion was seconded by Councilmember Odell and
unanimously carried. (5-0)
MOTION: Councilmember Sheetz moved the meeting be adjourned.
The motion was seconded by Councilmember Odell and
unanimously carried. (5-0)
The meeting adjourned at 9:48 p.m.
