SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL

1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 5:07 p.m. with all members present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none, the public
comment period was closed.
3. SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEM(S)
3.a Adoption of Resolution No. 01-26 Appointing John Craig as City Manager
and Approving a City Manager Employment Agreement Between the City of
Morro Bay and John Craig
Motion by Mayor Wixom
Seconded by Council Member Luffee
Adopt Resolution No. 01-26 appointing John Craig as the City Manager of the
City of Morro Bay and approve an employment agreement between the City of
Morro Bay and John Craig.
Ayes (5): Mayor Wixom, Council Member Edwards, Council Member Eckles,
Council Member Landrum, and Council Member Luffee

CARRIED (5 to 0)
3.b Swearing in of Newly Appointed City Manager, John Craig
Mayor Wixom issued the oath of office to incoming City Manager, John Craig.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
