1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom participated via teleconference while traveling to Washington D.C. on City
business, and called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. with all members present.
2. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS

Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none, the public
comment period was closed.

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session and City Attorney Stack announced the
Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
