CLOSED SESSION MEETING
May 12, 2026, 4:00 p.m.

1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. with all members present.
2. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none, the public
comment period was closed.
3. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
4. THE COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
4.a CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - POTENTIAL LITIGATION
Potential initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(d)(4): (two potential cases)
4.b PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Conduct an employee evaluation of the City Manager pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957.
4.c PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Conduct an employee evaluation of the City Attorney pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957.
5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. City Attorney Stack reported the Council
did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.

6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
